1. What the service is

visitkorat.com publishes tourism information for Nakhon Ratchasima province, sells local products, and takes entries for the events and competitions announced on the site.

We may improve, add to or discontinue parts of it, giving reasonable notice where a change affects you.

2. Your account

Signing in uses a link we email you. It works once and expires. Please do not forward it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has reached it.

We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaks these terms.

3. Accuracy of what you read here

Opening hours, prices and travel details are gathered from the bodies that own the information and checked as far as is reasonable, but they change. Please confirm with the place itself before you travel.

Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

4. Orders

Prices are in Thai baht and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

An order is complete when we have received payment and confirmed it. If an item is out of stock or a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel and refund in full.

Delivery, exchange, return and refund conditions are those published on the relevant pages.

5. Entering events and competitions

Submitting an entry does not secure a place. Every entry is reviewed by the team, and paying the fee does not confirm a place by itself.

The team coordinator warrants that every member's details are correct, that they were permitted to enter those details, and that a parent or guardian consented where a member is a minor.

If a category is full, the entry is held on a waiting list and you are told when a place opens.

Entrants must follow the published rules for their category. False information or a forged payment record is grounds for disqualification.

Refund conditions are those published for that category. Where none are published, a paid entry fee is not refundable unless the organiser cancels that category.

The organiser may record photographs and video during the event for publicity. Tell the team on site if you would rather your image were not used.

6. What you may not do

Do not use this site for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the service.

Do not attempt to reach parts of the system you are not entitled to, and do not extract data in bulk by automated means without written permission.

Do not impersonate anyone, or enter another person's details without their permission.

7. Intellectual property

Content, photographs and design on this site belong to มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน นครราชสีมา or to rights holders who licensed them to us.

You may reuse them for education and non-commercial publication with attribution. Commercial use needs written permission first.

8. Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here without checking it, or from causes outside our control.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection or data protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that affects what you agreed to, we change the version number and ask you to accept again the next time you use the service concerned.

The current version is 2026-08-20, effective 20 August 2026.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Thai law.
